Your Service Tech/Rug Cleaner was Sidney Preston that cleaned our carpets. He wore his shoe protectors. And he was very careful in handling the cleaning equipment. Sidney was also courteous and answered all of our questions. He did a really good job !

Mark showed me photos of what the ducts looked like before and after cleaning. He explained how they did the work. He explained everything in detail and in an easy to understand manner. Mark and Cortez were polite and careful with my home. I loved that they protected the walls where large hoses went around corners. I highly recommend them!

Zerorez did a great job cleaning our ducts. When we moved in three years ago I found construction debris in the vents. I waited until all the messy jobs were done (basement waterproofing, new roof, new windows) to get them cleaned. I couldn't believe all the stuff that was vacuumed out!
