Zerorez cleaning technicians are always so friendly and helpful. We have used them 3 times now and we always book for our spring carpet shampoo. The last tech was able to get a stain out that I never thought would lift, and afterwards our carpet was so soft and clean smelling. Thanks again! We will see you next year.

Service was good. However as with the last time they needed to come out again to fix a few spots. I know our carpet is older but some of the spots left 'cleaner' looking marks. I'm happy overall with the service, the technician was very nice and I know he really worked to get out what he could.

The workers introduced themselves before coming in the house. They took the time to explain what they wriggle be doing and about how long it would take, and gave updates as they went. They were both very friendly and courtesy. We were very satisfied with Mark and Mario.

The gentlemen providing my cleaning service were very professional and courteous. They did a terrific job. I especially appreciated their willingness to put some of my furniture up in "blocks" since I live alone and am unable to move heavy furniture myself.

The duct cleaning was done extremely efficiently. The two gentlemen who came to my house were courteous and knowledgeable. They gave excellent feedback and were informative throughout. The service workers Zac and Jason did a great job on our carpets. Then even got out a stain that was an eye soar. I am very happy with the Zerorez crew and the cleaning products used. I will definitely be using them on a yearly basis to stay on top of things.

The men who did my carpets were very knowledgeable and personable. They did a great job.
We had our vents cleaned. The staff that showed up was friendly and knowledgeable and explained in detail what they were going to do. Even provided us with a service I didn't know you offered. I suffer from bad allergies. They installed something to help with that. Highly recommend and we will use again in the future.
