I was happy with the service that I received. They were quick and took away tons of dust and dirt from my air ducts. They did leave a little mess around each of my vent registers that I had to clean myself.

The representatives are well-mannered and professional. I appreciate the fact that they moved my furniture in order to get to the large area rug under my dining room table. The nice gentleman who returned my rug was named Remington and he was very polite. He even fixed some loose screws under my dining room table which was very kind of him.
We ordered this service for my elderly mother. Besides the reasonable price and great product, the service we received was top notch! From the ease of online scheduling to the email reminder. Our technician called when he was on his way and he was very personable and kind to my mother. She went on and on about how nice of a young man he was. I would recommend this company 💯!!

We used Zerorez for carpet cleaning. Anthony was very friendly and professional. He did a great job explaining the services and options to meet our needs. We also confused the appointment time, and Anthony was kind enough to wait a few extra minutes for us to get home after he arrived. All of the rooms looked great when he finished.
Anothony came over and explained everything he was going to do. We had a few tough stains, but he went the extra mile to make sure he cleaned it the best he could. I was able to make an appointment within 2 days of calling, the process was very clearly explained to me, and Zerorez and the technician called me on the day of to give me a better idea of ETA. Everything worked very smoothly! The technician was very clear about what he needed and made sure the air duct cleaning ran in a timely fashion. I had ducts cleaned in my duplex and both apartments were cleaned simultaneously. Zerorez was also able to give me fair pricing with a discount as I was having both units cleaned at the same time.

Remington did an excellent job assessing our carpet needs. He provided a bid that was complete and matched the work he recommended. I always wait 2 days after carpets are cleaned before evaluating the service. The spots and odors we needed addressed have been removed successfully, that's why I rated it a 10. Remington A+
