Scheduling was simple and my carpet and stairs was cleaned beyond my expectations and in a professional, friendly and efficient manner. Jason communicated his arrival time in advance, surveyed the job upon arrival, explained his plan, offered options he felt were appropriate and performed the actual carpet cleaning in a deliberate and purposeful way. The technicians were wonderful. Very respectful and left my house as clean as it was before. My dryer vent is so long and they did a great job to make sure it was completely clean.
