We have used other companies in the past and none of them got our carpet cleaned as well as Zerorez. The last time we had Stanley Steamer and we had to have them come back out a second time because they did such a poor job the first time. We will be using Zerorez from now on and recommend them to our friends and family.

Easy to make appointment. Arrived on time and the tech was nice. He did try to get a couple stains out. Thought we got them, but when it dried, they are still there a little bit. Was kinda disappointed on that. Otherwise looks good.

The service was very good; he explained every step of the process and all the products used in each step. Also, you could tell that he took pride in his work and product. The final result was a job well done, and it is hard to find a person/company who cares about delivering a good product.
The technician was informative and friendly. However the blood stains in the master bedroom were not removed.
