Staff is extremely friendly and gets to know the personality of each dog!
Love the webcam.
My dog is always so exhausted from play at the end of the day!

I do wish there was a place for them to go outside so they did not pee and poo indoors.

Helpful and polite staff. Appointments for grooming and or nail clipping are available without much wait time especially since you hired the second groomer.

The facility is clean and well equipped for pets to enjoy their stay.Staff is very friendly and also keep you update on your pet’s activity and progress.And also if there is any concern they will definitely let you know.We have always left our Dog at Dogtopia whenever we go away for vacation and he has been well taken care of.Thanks

Your staff are very personable and I feel they are a good fit for their job. It takes a special person to do this job and I give them kudos for always remembering my pet's name and offering a nice little tidbit of information about my pet's day - special call to thank Sam and to all the staff (don't know all your names yet) -you're awesome!!

What do you like about our services?

I don't have to call and wait, I just send an email to do my reservations or any questions. I get a response immediately! Very friendly staff and you know that they care for Jadie.

The facility is always clean, the staff always professional and kind. I feel very confident leaving BoJack with them. It’s her favourite place to be aside from the cottage. I honestly don’t know what I would do without them.

What do you like about our services?

The grooming services at Meadowvale Dogtopia ate outstanding. The groomer takes the time to get to know the dogs and understands their personalities. Our dogs love to visit Theresa. We call the grooming session ‘going to the spa’. With our older poodle, we are careful when to mention it because he immediately goes to the door when we do. Theresa always follows our requests and the dogs look amazing when we pick them up.

What do you like about our services?

I love knowing that my dog is safe and having fun.
I feel confident leaving my dog at daycare. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous to me and my dog.
My dog thoroughly enjoys going to daycare and seeing the staff and his bfffs!!!
