We feel lucky to have Dogtopia because it is a safe and fun place for Joey to play and even stay overnight! We like that the dogs can be free to play, but are supervised at the same time. It is clean and all of the dogs have their immunizations. All of the staff love dogs and he Loves them too!

Great staff, love the facilities for the dogs, easy pick up and drop off times. The daycare rooms are divided by age and size which was very comforting when we first started using Dogtopia as our dog was still a puppy so we were worried about her being in a room with large dogs and also hurting smaller dogs.
Finally, being able to check in on our pet throughout the day via webcam is an added bonus.

The hours that you offer help with busy fur parents' schedules. Majority of staff are wonderful with the dogs and leaves us feeling comfortable leaving them at daycare. Access to video streaming also is an awesome service where we can check in during the day if we're missing our fur baby :)

Dogtopia Meadowvale closes at 4PM on Saturdays. I was delayed in downtown Toronto last Saturday, and knew I wouldn't make it back to pick up my dog by closing time. When I called to find out what would happen to Sophie, I was assured that there would be someone at the front desk until 4:30PM, and after that there'd be a phone number posted on the front door to call.
Traffic was very heavy and I didn't arrive at the facility until just after 5PM. I fully expected to find a note with a phone number on the front door, but the gentleman I had spoken to on the phone was at the front desk and the door was unlocked. He had waited for me.
I was so grateful. In my estimation, that's the best possible customer service. I'd recommend Dogtopia to anyone, and look forward to taking Sophie back for more fun soon.
The facility was very clean. The staff were very accommodating and polite. Most of all I love that they have webcams so I can check my dog. I highly recommend it.

Reliable, professional with easy access to monitoring our pets, I like the fact their space is always clean because it is very important.
Staff are caring and Charlie has become a different dog in a positive way bc of the stimulation socialization and exercise.
I would recommend staff get policy straight and consistent though - Charlie is a growing pup and needs his three feedings - I was told by one staff “don’t feed lunch” yet another said “for puppies we do as that is competent puppy care.
