I don't worry about leaving my dog for a day of play because he is in a safe environment being well looked after by the staff. I also like that I can check in on him via the webcam and see what he is doing, knowing that he will come home tired for the rest of the evening after a big play day with the other dogs.

How well you care for the dogs. Ease of use for owners

Staff love dogs and are always friendly. They try to implement my wishes such as sitting before going through door ways.

Signing in and requesting services is very easy and I have my request quickly confirmed. Everyone is very kind and friendly and my almost 10 month old puppy Winnie - never looks back at drop off and plays her little heart out!

PEOPLE ARE NICE WITH PETS

Love the webcam to see what our pet is doing. The facility is Very clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is our first boarding experience with Dogtopia.

How they greet the dogs each day. Very friendly and cheerful. Dogs are tired at the end of the day!

Couple of things for improvement:
Report cards not completed
Offer theme days but do not see anything for it - no pictures, nothing on webcams. Are they actually done?
Some days too many dogs, not enough staff. Have counted over 30 dogs and only one attendant.
Some dogs are "humping" and nothing is done
If my dog is misbehaving I am not told. If I happen to see it on webcam and email then I receive feedback. If he is given timeouts for a particular behaviour I should be told either by email or at pickup.

Riley, loves his visits to Dogtopia! When being dropped off he heads to the door so happy to have arrived, does not even look back to see me leaving.

When picking Riley up he is happy to see me and sleeps well when he gets home.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Our dogs are clean and happy when we pick them up. Sophie & Bolt give you guys 2 paws up

Solo loves going to see all her friends and the staff are always very welcoming.

the care, attention and the fact that I can get their grooming services done and they can go play with other dogs and not be put in a cage.
