I love that my dog is always so happy to go and play with her friends. I love that the staff get to know you and your dog by name, and they are always so happy when they greet you at the front door. I love that you can watch your dog play all day on the webcams and know they are safe.

Friendly greetings upon arrival. Like that they assess dog's reaction and move to other more appropriate play areas if needed. Like when staff interact with dogs, play ball blow bubbles etc.

The staff are friendly and very helpful and my boys like going there.

I love the fact that I can also get them groomed there, and then they can go into the playroom instead of a cage.

Staff are friendly, interested and affectionate with the dogs. The environment is clean and well organized. Something that I did not like is that there is a strong perfumed scent in the air maybe trying to cover up the dog smell? I actually find this strong scent very unnatural and overwhelming - I’d rather smell the dogs!

Tec loves you, loves going to daycare, loves blowing off her excess doggy energy. Although I was hesitant about large group and indoor only play initially I am pleased with the results now. Being able to check in on her during the day is a huge benefit-gotta love those web-cams. Thanks

All of your associates truly love the dogs and are knowledgeable about working with dogs, behavioural and social issues.
They keep me informed of any issues and I can see they genuinely care. My dogs love to go there, it is great for their socialization and also keeps them active (and tires at the end of the day!😀)

It smells good when you walk in the door :). Like how the grooming salon is open and visable. Wish you had an on line booking system !!!!!!!

Very Friendly, and professional staff. Feel safe leaving my puppy there for some fun while I’m at work or busy. Love that I can watch him on webcam on my break and see him having fun with all his doggy friends.

Awesome team running this location. Love bringing my dog to them and he loves going.

The dogs are playing most of the day (not in a cage) and someone is interacting with them. Oreo loves when someone is throwing a ball for the dogs to chase when she’s there. I love they take the time to do that
