All staff members are super friendly and know your dog by name when you walk in. Shows how much they really care. They give me an update on anything of they think I should know about anything that happened. And are always quick to answer my questions. Couldn't ask for a better team to watch and play with my dog all day!

I was very pleased with the grooming service my dog recently received. Also, its so convenient and having the option to bring my puppy here when I have to be away from the house for several hours has really helped me.
I know that I don't have any worries when dropping off my dogs and leaving them for a day of play. They are left in a secured, safe environment which they are always excited to go to, and come home well exercised and tired in the evening!

We were impressed by the professionalism as we entered the location and the caring, friendly, knowledgeable staff. We love the webcam access so that we can monitor our puppy. His first play day was a big hit for him and for us, his parents. Thankyou for the cleanliness of the rooms too!
Some constructive feedback - please review the map on your website - it shows your location in Meadowvale Village on a different street - very confusing to those trying to find you.

Staff really try to manage dogs and their behaviors as opposed to just “dog sitting”
