Just started back after being at the Erindale rd for 4yrs and having that location close down . Thunder goes in for grooming later this month, all with some daycare. I haven't seen him in the rooms due to the Webcam service has been changed and I can't activate it, I need help but with Corvid19 that won't happen unfortunately. I know he's doing well because he knows some of the people and I think dogs.

I was having an issue getting the webcam access at Meadowvale. I am an Erindale client. I had the great fortune of speaking with Vanessa who assisted me with my log in situation. She fully explained the procedure and emailed me a link. When I called her back to say I could not get in still, she emailed your IT and copied me on the email. She then called me later in the day to followup if I was able to get access. Totally above and beyond and great customer service !! Your staff is always helpful, smiling and eager to resolve issues. Another amazing fact is that your team follows what is mentioned in our furbaby's profile like nap time, food and other tiny requirements which are very essential for his safety and health.

Sunny had a great day and was very tired when he got home. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the login so I was unable to view his time on the webcam. The issue has been resolved, so hopefully next time I will get the chance to see.
