My dog comes back tired so I know she's had a playful, fun filled day. When I look on line there are always supervisors in the room so I know that she's okay and overseeing all dog activities.

Need two staff in the room when many dogs (over 15).
More interaction- ball throwing. Playing.
Too much humping-should be stopped immediately

I love that I can watch Marley on the web cam. I can see how happy he is. He is a social dog and tends to gravitate to the staff but I always see him getting attention from them.
He comes home at the end of the day happy and exhausted.
The staff are great and I have no complaints.
I love how everyone knows my dog by name. I really like reading his personalized report card at the end of the day and being able to watch him on webcam. Very friendly and customized service. Great work.

I like that my dog can get a good day of play in and have lots of socialization with other dogs in a controlled environment. Also, other services are also available if required.

Caring environment. My dog comes home tired and happy after each visit.
My dog loved it there and I find everyone that works there are super amazing and wonderful with the dogs! The only thing is that after my dog had visited a second time last Wednesday she took very ill with severe diarrhea and had blood in it, then she also developed a cough. I took her to the vet and $250 later she now has to take antiobotics and I’m very concerned.
My thoughts are she may have picked it up from another dog there as she was fine when I dropped her off....it’s pisdibmr she picked it up through the saliva in the water bowls they all share? I now hesitate using your program again as I can’t have this happen again as it’s too costly for these emergencies....but I truly love your place and how much fun my dog has. I understand these things happen, however too costly on my part to have to go through it again. Maybe think about the water bowl sharing and try something different? If we all drank out of the same cup, we’d unfortunately get sick if one person was ill so I assume it’s the same for dogs. Sorry for the long message, I am definitely not complaining at all as I truly love this place and everyone who works there and really hope to come back but extremely worried about the water situation. Again love your place !!! Super fantastic!!!

I like the flexibility in pick/up drop off times and that I can tune into the webcam to watch my dog play! When I pick Marty up he's tuckered out and is such a happy pup.

The staff are all very friendly and trained to work with our furbabies. They answer all your questions and are always welcoming to us when we arrive. The grooming service is wonderful and work hard to make our dogs look their best!!

Love the flexibility of the packages and subscriptions. We started with 10-pack passes and are now BFFs! It is so helpful to be able to adjust our dog's schedule at Dogtopia on a week by week basis depending on our schedules. If I have a busy day it is so comforting to know I can drop my dog off as early as 7AM and work a bit late without worrying she is home alone. Dogtopia is also so accommodating - the couple times something last minute has come up and I called desperately in the morning they reassured me she could still come in. I love to be able to check the webcam and see that she is playing up a storm. The doggie "crash" on the sofa when she gets home is reassurance that she is getting a day of play, socialization and exercise. The staff are so friendly and caring. It is also great that there is a groomer on site so our dog can get her haircut during the day while we're at work. If there was only 1 thing I would change it would be to include some outdoor time (other than paying for private walk). This facility doesn't have the ability to add a fenced yard, but it would take my recommendation from 9 to 10 to know they were getting some fresh air as our dog loves the outdoors. Overall we are so happy to have Dogtopia in our lives!
Always pleasant to deal with the staff, my dog has developed great socialization especially in interacting with other dogs. He's always happy to go to Dogtopia and is tuckered out by the end of the day when I pick him up! I love being able to see him on the webcam when I miss him during the day.

I like that I can drop off my dog with a piece of mind that she will be well looked after. I rely on Dogtopia to help my little one burn off that extra energy and she always comes home happy and exhausted. I also enjoy checking in to see what she's up to through the webcam. I'm glad this feature is available.

I like the social aspect of having my dog interact and play with other dogs and the care givers/attendants (supervised play times). I would detest leaving my dog in a cage or kennel all day, while I’m away at work or out for the day. There is also lots of flexibility with drop-off & pick-up times. Dogtopia offers the perfect solution, either for daycare or boarding.
