I love the concept - it was just too hard to fit into my day - long term - since I workout every am and would then go to sauna and I’d be late starting work. I also hoped it would help with health issues but unfortunately it didn’t.
But it’s so nice to sweat - watch tv and shower!

I like the privacy and the saunas with the TV and cold shower.
I love the personalized service and the privacy as well as discretion. I would definitely recommend the services. However, I did bring a guest in recently. He was there for the first time and it was assumed he knew what to do. I think it was a messed opportunity for some personalized service and another raving fan.

I had a lovely experience at PERSPIRE. The sound of rooms are very quiet and cozy..
Very informative and relaxing. I like that you can watch Netflix. The cold towel after was a plus but its a bit too strong of a smell. Felt really relaxed.
