Administrative staff are creative, engaging, and utilize open communication. They make the environment fun and inviting. Classroom staff are knowledgeable and implement the curriculum.
More educational hands on activities and learning in the Prek-3 class.

The teachers truly treat my child as if they were one of their own. Everyone is pleasant and I never leave there feeling like my child is not in good care. They focus on teaching and learning in a fun environment.
Our child is in the before and aftercare program only and the staff has been wonderful. They are very responsive and accommodating to our child. Everyone is super friendly. He goes home with a smile every day. He’s eager to go see his friends every morning. They also host a lot of events for the families and even have treats for the parents some days. Overall, I would recommend this daycare and I wish our child would’ve started here when he was an infant. Very happy we have enrolled our child here.

The teachers from the mobile room are absolutely wonderful! My child has thrived with them as they help my child navigate the transition from baby to toddler
The teachers and admin are great, always willing to help. The hours of operation help tremendously. The option for camera view helps me keep an eye on my child. Overall great experience with the Clifton location
The staff is great and they work very hard. Our son is always ready at pick-up. He is encouraged to eat and the food containers are rinsed which is a huge help. We love the curriculum and learning. As well, we like the camera access so we can see our little munchkin when we miss him throughout the day! The rooms and set-up is excellent.
Excellent staff and management. They are affectionate and supportive of the toddler growth and help them with learning.
First, I love the staff at the Lightbridge Renaissance North Brunswick NJ. They are very loving, caring and truly care about the families.
The program is definitely an added on perk.
Having my second child coming here again is a fresh breath an air, knowing he will be in great hands. He enjoys going there and is happy when I leave, that’s a big plus for me!
If you are considering this daycare, don’t look any further, they are great professional individuals.

The constant changing of teachers in my child’s classroom (who mostly don’t introduce themselves) without prior notice is alarming. I also noticed that I don’t get as many updates as I previously did throughout the day regarding what my child is eating, nap time, diaper changes and we’ve several days without picture/video updates.
My daughter has been in this school since she was about 7 months and just recently switched to another school that didn’t work and Sanya and the team got my daughter back in lightbridge with no problem and welcomed my baby back with open arms. My daughter is now 4 years old. Sanya and the team has worked with me through all these years and i couldn’t ask for a better school for my daughter. So attentive, loving, and understanding. i’m able to send my baby to school without worrying if she’s being treated good or not and knowing that she’s in a school she likes. i thank lightbridge and Sanya and appreciate them for everything they’ve done. 10/10 experience!
We love Lightbridge Academy! The teachers and staff are caring, welcoming, and supportive, and we feel confident knowing our children are in great hands. We’re so thankful for the positive impact they have on our family and for all the wonderful memories made along the way. Lightbridge Academy has been a great place for both of my kids to learn and grow. The teachers genuinely care for the kids and have really evolved their activities and creating approach to engaging children and parents alike. I am so grateful for all the caregivers who love my kids and nurture them for so many hours of the week while I am away. It is the most important job in the world!
The admin and staff at Lightbridge are very accommodating, supportive and understanding. In the 6 months of my children attending, I have watched them grow into very outgoing and confident children all while learning so much.
My daughter is doing things she would have NEVER done before. My children are always excited to go to daycare and they cry when it’s time to leave everyday and as a mother, that lets me know they’re cared for and well loved.
I am not looking forward to when they age out of Lightbridge Academy.

I absolutely love this daycare! The teachers are truly the best they are so caring, patient, and really take the time to work with my daughter. She loves them so much that she talks about them even when she’s home! They have also been amazing with her potty training she was fully potty trained in just two weeks! I couldn’t be happier with the care and support she receives here.
We have had experiences with two Lightbridge Academies and the one in Edison is much better run. The Lightbridge in Baldwin has wonky AC units and the toddler room is so hot I can see the sweat dripping from the teachers faces and the air is musty. The summer camp teacher for pre-k was let go early and we weren't properly informed. The summer camp in Baldwin did far fewer activities and the room was a makeshift room (it was the spare room) and didn't have cubbies for everyone. The face recognition hasn't been operating since June 2026 and apparently hasn't been working long before that. The teachers changed in the toddler class and we weren't informed. My family and I still love Lightbridge overall, the set up, the camera access, the teachers overall however the difference in communication and operation is palpable and it would be nice to see improvements at Baldwin!
Lightbridge does a really nice job at listening to input from parents and implementing what will best serve their children. There was quite a bit of turnover in the toddler classrooms so the school re-evaluated and made Miss Tamira as head teacher. The classroom is so organized now, children are way happier and are working through developmental milestones all because of her leadership- so grateful that lightbridge administration recognized the need, made the change and Miss Tamira did/is doing an amazing job!
