Friendly, warm and caring caretakers/teachers.
Accommodating hours, attentive teachers
I love how to classroom changes with its set up, keeping it different for the kids. I love the different themed weeks and including that into the curriculum. This past week in particular has been one of my favorites yet. I think the teachers together are an absolute dream team and can just see a difference in my child.
Very profesional and lovely.
Love teachers, how flexible staff are, how much information my kid learn
The teachers are great and are always doing an engaging/educational activity to with the kids
Teacher engagement and a steady curriculum. I know my kids are entertained in an appropriate manner while they are at LightBridge and that is the best part!!
The cameras are not working majority of the time which makes it difficult to watch our child
Commitment to safety, kids are taken care of diapers changed and logged, consistency with staff and very low turnover
We love how they always keep the kids busy! The lessons are immersive and highly educational. Our sons language has expanded so much and his understanding of real life complex scenarios is amazing.
During the transition from one class to the next class, the teachers need to be patient, helpful, and attentive. It should be the new classroom teachers’ duty to make the baby feel comfortable by providing little extra attention and comfort. Recently I found that part was missing.
There has been a lot of turnover in my child’s classroom and communication is very limited. Messages rarely get a response. There is never any photos uploaded to the app.

Curriculum and dedication of teachers
The teachers! There are some great, caring, patient teachers at Lightbridge. They truly do care, and it’s apparent. Thank you all!
The teachers are so kind and actually get to know each child as an individual. They know my sons likes and dislike, they know his personality and pick up on when he needs a little extra attention or when he’s doing great they give him the confidence to keep going. The administration staff is on top of any and everything. Any time I have a question it’s answered the same day. They know every single child and their parents by name. They keep track of everything and make our experience seamless. The security, cleanliness, and organization is top tier. I really do love the individual care and how happy my children are to attend LightBridge.
Everything!
Our family is so grateful for the incredible team at Lightbridge Academy in Holly Springs. The admin team works tirelessly to make sure kids are safe, healthy, learning and thriving; parents are well-informed and welcomed; and staff are acknowledged and appreciated. In the rare moments when we have a question or concern, we know without hesitation that we can reach out to Jen and Sara for an answer or to figure out a solution together. They respond with kindness, empathy, and a commitment to doing what's best for the kids in their care - always putting us at ease and reminding us why LBA is such a special place for families. We're also grateful for Dawn and Amy who play key roles in keeping things running smoothly and supporting learning for students - and who are always a warm and welcoming presence whether passing in the hallway or covering in a classroom.
We've also had the most wonderful experience with teachers and support staff at LBA. As with any child care center, there are periods of turnover. During those times of transition, we've watched the admin team successfully recruit and promote phenomenal new teachers that are a gift to these kids. From the infant rooms to Gray Elephants and now Orange Giraffes, we've had the joy and pleasure of watching our little one learn and grow in leaps and bounds thanks to the engagement and support of her teachers. We know without a doubt that our babies have been safe and secure and well-cared for in infants. We have to shout out Ms. Melissa, who has been our baby whisperer extraordinaire twice over. She pours her whole heart into caring for kids and is so skilled at building trust with parents. Especially for first time parents, she is an amazing source of comfort and a wealth of knowledge and experience. The transition from mobile infants to the 1's room is a hard one, but Ms. Jada and Ms. Tia made it so much easier and brought the absolute best energy and love into that room. We've also been blessed to have the unbelievably dynamic duo of Ms. Prisha and Ms. Jeanine in Orange Giraffes. Words cannot describe what a gift they are for 2's and their families. They show up with joy for their kids; provide much needed structure and consistency; promote learning through fun and engaging activities every single day; and communicate effortlessly with parents.
LBA was our top pick when we were expecting our first child, and we were overjoyed when we first found out they had a spot for us. We remain endlessly grateful for the team, the technology that allows parents to engage and stay connected throughout the day, and the physical space and resources which are safe clean, well-kept, well-structured, warm and welcoming. We truly can't imagine our kids anywhere else.
The interactive learning. My daughter is only 2 and recites the entire alphabet and can count to 15
Everyone at Lightbridge is kind and extremely engaged with the students. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids and their development. It’s a positive environment and our daughter leaves happy everyday!
Communication from the staff is consistent and transparent, which helps me feel informed and involved
I really love how integrated their curriculum is. Their program really does focus on the whole child as they make sure they carry out projects, activities, and their lesson plans incorporate all learning domains.
Staffing & Operations:
• Strategic Hiring Model: To mitigate the impact of frequent turnover, I recommend a "Plus 2" hiring model. Maintaining a consistent surplus of two headcounts would ensure classrooms remain stable and allow teachers to focus on instruction.
• Standardization of Experience: The quality of the experience currently varies significantly by classroom. Standardizing operations, communication, and curriculum execution across the entire school would ensure all families receive the same high level of care.
• Outdoor Time: Children do not seem to be getting outside even during favorable weather; this is a high priority for parents and appears to be a byproduct of staffing constraints.
Communication & Enrollment:
• Summer Camp Timelines: Communication regarding summer camp is behind market standards. Most local programs open enrollment on January 1st; providing this information earlier would help families plan and ensure the school doesn't lose enrollment to more proactive competitors.
• Digital Modernization: Event planning often feels last-minute and relies on outdated paper sign-ups. Transitioning to digital sign-up tools (e.g., Sign-Up Genius) is essential for working parents.
• Calendar Integration: I strongly suggest the school provide annual and monthly calendars via Google Calendar or Outlook invites. Manually adding dates and emailing the office for specific times is inefficient for both parents and staff.
• Personnel Shifts: There is a need for proactive notice regarding staff departures (e.g., Morgan) and introductions for new administrative staff (e.g., Anna).
Scheduling & Logistics
• Working Parent Considerations: Consolidating events (e.g., Halloween parade and party on the same day) and scheduling celebrations for Friday afternoons would be much less disruptive than mid-morning, mid-week slots.
• Budgeting & Local Impact: An 8% tuition increase was implemented with very little notice. Additionally, for "Pizza Fridays," we would love to see the school support a local pizza shop.
Personnel Recognition:
• The dedication of Shannon, Shan, Anna, and Carla is the school’s greatest asset. Their care is a primary reason for our continued enrollment.
Feedback Integrity:
• For these surveys to be effective, they must be truly anonymous. Incentivizing Google reviews feels disingenuous and creates an awkward dynamic for parents whose children are currently enrolled.
Happy to speak further with the owners if they’d like additional feedback!
The curriculum. Even in the infant room. Babies have scheduled weekly activities based on the weeks theme or time of year. I can check in on my child any time through the live feed cameras. Teachers are professional!
The teachers are fantastic- so caring
Great program! Love my child's teacher.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lightbridge Academy of Plainsboro and the incredible leadership team that keeps everything running so beautifully. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth, organization, and genuine care that make this center so special.
Mrs. Manisha, Mrs. Denae, and the owner, Mrs. Krupa, are truly the heart of this school. Together, they create an environment that is welcoming, nurturing, and exceptionally well-managed. They are always prompt in their communication, incredibly understanding, and consistently pleasant whenever you stop by the office. No matter how busy the day may be, they greet families with kindness and professionalism that never goes unnoticed.
It is clear that they work as a seamless team, and their dedication shows in every detail—from the cleanliness of the classrooms to the positive energy throughout the building. They lead with compassion, patience, and a true passion for early childhood education. As a parent, that peace of mind is absolutely priceless.
One of the sweetest parts of our daily routine is my daughter’s favorite stop, visiting the office to collect her stickers from Mrs. Denae or Mrs. Krupa. It’s such a small gesture, but it means the world to her. Those little moments of connection speak volumes about how much they truly care about each child. They make every child feel seen, celebrated, and loved.
I am beyond grateful to have found a center where I feel completely confident leaving my child each day. Lightbridge Academy of Plainsboro is more than just a school, it’s a community. With leadership like Mrs. Manisha, Mrs. Denae, and Mrs. Krupa, it’s no surprise that the center runs so smoothly and beautifully.
We couldn’t be happier, and I wholeheartedly recommend this amazing team to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and joyful place for their child to grow and thrive.
With much love and appreiation, Aubrie's Mom
This daycare has been very reliable. I highly recommend this center, especially because of the service and care provided.
The center's director is absolutely amazing and her service is outstanding. Her assistant and staff are great. They provide honest feedback and are finding ways to improve and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
We love everything about Lightbridge Academy of Yardley! Our daughter (19 months) has been going to Lightbridge since she was 4 months old. We have felt welcomed and loved since day one. She is happy to go to school every day and she is learning so much. We love knowing she is getting such a great education and is so well loved and taken care of every day.

I previously filled out a satisfaction survey indicating that I would like to speak with someone at the company about my experience and never received a response, so I’m completing this a second time in hopes that someone will reach out to me.
