This was my first time using a professional carpet cleaning company. I called Zerorez because of the video I seen on line describing how they clean carpets. I was pleased with the quality and knowledge of the representative Jiovanni. He was helpful and explained what he'd be doing and made me comfortable. Thank you so much. Your employees are very polite. So far we have only had our carpets cleaned. I have a lot of allergies. The first time your guys came I didn’t know that you use a fragrance and I was allergic to it. So I called and the next day the young men came back, apologized, and redid my whole house. Now when Zerorez comes they know not to use and fragrances.
I also just found out you have many other services: like duck cleaning, grout cleaning, dryer duck cleaning, tile cleaning and a lot more. I will be calling you a lot more to do things.
