The professionalism is the technician, the care taken not to scuff Furniture or baseboards by placing of guards, pre-trading of special areas (stains), reporting back about areas that may not have come clean. Honesty.

Alejandro was industrious, knowledgeable and worked quickly to remove some difficult spots.
Spots improved although not completely resolved (completed eradication was not expected) but one spot (toddler with a mascara wand wand) which had been treated before by another carpet cleaner was much improved.
