We had some pet stains, and Talon did a great job dealing with them and recommending some preventative measures. I appreciated his knowledge and no high-pressure sales for the add-ons. He was easy-going, and great to work with. The carpets look great,as do the upholstered chairs and couch. I like that it didn't smell like chemicals and the fabric didn't feel "treated". This was our second time using ZR, and we will continue to recommend it to others.
