We have not gotten our rugs back yet as they needed to be cleaned outside of our home. However, the person picking up the rugs came within the time frame and examined the rugs. He gave us a reasonable price and time frame for the work to be done. He measured and rolled up each rug and took them to his truck. Will have to revisit this when I get my rugs back.

Ben called in advance to let us know when would arrive. Once he arrived, he assessed the area that needed to be cleaned and communicated clearly what he would be doing. He even shared some cleaning tips on how to maintain the area between the next Zerorez visit.

The tech used a brushing machine first that agitated the dirt in the carpet THEN used the extractor to clean our carpets. Made the carpet look so much cleaner than other companies I’ve used before that only spray cleaner then extracted.
Brandon was super knowledgeable about the process he was using for cleaning.

Taylor did a thorough job quickly and the carpet looks very clean. I would definitely use Zerorez again and recommend to others.

Zerorez was $150. Cheaper than the other two estimates and Brandon was thee best. Arrived on time, explained the procedure, put all the vents back.
