By far the best customer service experience I have had in a long time! Auggie was polite, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure our carpets were cleaned, and any spots removed. I greatly appreciated that he took all the extra steps to make sure he was careful not to damage anything during the cleaning process - i.e. he wore boot covers, put plastic covers around corners and moved chairs. I will be recommending to family and friends!
