Service was great but explaining the polarice was not done well at all. I was told estimate was $107 and for the basic stuff it was $311.

The communication with Zerorez was top notch. They send emails to confirm and remind. Call the day before and the rep called to say he was just a little late. I was very impressed.

I was very pleased with all that was taken care of in an afternoon. I needed carpet stretched and cleaned, as well as two recliner chairs cleaned. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
