I appreciated the amount of communication pre-cleaning. Kevin, the tech, was extremely thorough, quick and very helpful. This was our 2nd time using Zerorez and I've already given referrals to family members.

The team that came to my house was very informational. They discussed what they were going to do and walked me through the process.

We ended up having a pretty big issue that was handled very quickly and efficiently by one of the managers, Eric. I can't say enough how great he was to work with! He took control and got everything fixed right away. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.
