Professional, fast and works great
We are pleased with the gentleman who cleaned the carpet. He was friendly and worked hard to clean the carpet of spots from a previous tenant. He arrived even earlier than expected and again, was dedicated to getting the old carpet as clean as possible. We will definitely use Zerorez again, when needed.

We've used ZeroRez for two different service in the past 6 months, tile cleaning and AC duct cleaning. We are positively impressed with the quality of their services, the professionalism and character of their service tech and administrative personnel.
After a recent AC duct, fan and condenser cleaning services we immediately noticed the reduced sound of the AC operation, the cooler soft flowing air and reduced sinus irrational from allergy irritants that were trapped in the ductwork. They even discovered some mold growth in the duct and treated that too. I suspect our electric power bill may be reduced this season because of the increase efficiency of the AC air handler unit in the mechanical room.
We learned again that there is certainly a beneficial difference in dealing with a local customer focused service company rather than the traditional large franchised business.
