Jose came to clean two upholstered chairs and one room of carpet. He spent a lot of time with the chairs to make sure they were colorfast as I did not know the fiber content. They were not and he was unable to clean them but, had he done so, the fabric would have been ruined. I so appreciated the time he took to make sure. He then cleaned the white bedroom carpet. I had had it cleaned 3 months ago by another carpet cleaner who was unable to remove the stains and wear. Jose returned the carpet to it's original appearance. I'm very happy and would recommend Zerorez.
