A phone call 30 min to appt time. Will was personable and professional. Asked me if I had any questions and proceeded to clean my carpets and stairs. I didn’t use the giant truck premium service. Next time I will.

Kevon was definitely a 10 out of 10! Just like the first time Kevon explained throughly and answered all of my questions about the carpet along with suggesting the best process for the carpet. He was very friendly and efficient with his work. The time he took to talk with me and clean the carpet was great customer service! He informed me helped answer any questions I had for future services and even suggested the best options for my future planning. He did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with the outcome of the carpet. I am definitely recommending using Kevon as well!

Easy to make appts online. Dependable service, cleaner really does phone to say he is on the way. You guys saved my horrible carpet that I thought would need to be replaced, but I called you at the last minute to see if you could get it clean "in the meantime" until I had time to rip out all the carpet. But your zero rez technique got my carpet so clean I don't want to replace it anymore.

Two days before I was scheduled from 2 -4. At 3:50 I look out the front door and see a black guy with dreadlocks hanging on the outside of my gate 20' away. Huge smile, didn't seem to want to walk to the door and said "I am here". No thanks - so glad he arrived so late so I cancelled him and was assured he would not be the one on Saturday. From what I experienced, he is a very poor representative for your company. For me, he was scary.

My technician did amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our floors, shower and couches were completely clean. I can breathe again knowing they are all cleaned and my floors sealed.

Customer service was excellent. From the first person who I spoke with to the technician who came to do the carpet cleaning, everyone was very professional, friendly and on point and on time.

The technician called me exactly 20 minutes prior to my appointment, and was done exactly when he said he would be, and the job was WELL DONE! I highly recommend Zerorez and will use them again!
