No chemicals used (so no harsh smells) yet cleans carpets perfectly! I had a rather large old stain on my carpet and tech’s were able to remove the stain completely! Carpets dry soft; not crunchy with soap residue! Tech’s (Josh and Todd) were professional and enthusiastic about their product; and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets and stairs!

The process of booking the appointment to completing payment has been effortless. Everything has been very easy to complete and response time was quick. Our service technician, Grant, was very quick to assess the areas we needed cleaning. He shared his concerns and recommended a few things that could help us keep a clean carpet for a longer period of time. He also did some tests and demonstrated a product that he recommended for us to add to our services which we appreciated. Overall we had a great experience from beginning to the end.
