We had Zerorez clean our living room carpet and two stairways. Josh did a fantastic job and we are very happy with the results. Subsequently, I had them come back and clean the dining room area rug and that turned out very nice as well. I really liked the idea of a no-residue cleaning as we have very active dogs and a definite traffic pattern in the living room. The carpet and area rug look great!

We have a silk rug, very hard to clean properly. We haven't received our rug back yet, but Zerorez does inspire confidence that the cleaning will be done properly. For what is involved the price and time frame seem reasonable.
