Yes I will recommend zerorez, however I don’t feel zi was properly informed of what my responsibility in preparing the 3-4 steps prior to service msn coming the night before.
Being in sales myself for 35 yrs I am very service oriented. Your system of communicating via text in my opinion isn’t the best. Even to the point of setting your appointment is via text and voicemails. Not very personable.
Again I am pleased with the job

It’s affordable and the service people are polite and nice. The carpet is clean and smells good, not excess water left on carpet so it dries in a few hours, unlike other carpet services.
