he did not have any zerorez spot removal i was disappointed about that so he did not treat carpet with any or leave a bottle like usual but the cleaner did a great job anyways

I like the fact that no chemicals are used during the cleaning process. Scheduling online was easy and the text notifications were helpful. The technician called before arriving so there were no surprises regarding arrival time. He got right to work and completed the job in the estimated time. Overall, it was an easy process and the carpets look so much better!

I know the carpets get truly clean
Too many times we have had our carpets cleaned by others and the spots are back days or weeks later.
I also like that you clean both the step and the front of the step on the stairs.
Most areas this last cleaning were dry within four hours but just a few places that required extra cleaning. Those took about eight hours to dry.

Chris did a great job. He was kind, thoughtful and did a fabulous job. The difference in my carpets is amazing. They look fabulous and clean.

Our tile looks great! And our technician was very nice & efficient.

I think they did a great job! My carpet is about a year old and was starting to look a bit dingy, as well as a bit of a dusty musty odor. I specifically wanted a chemical free carpet cleaning, and the carpets look, feel, and smell great! I did lots of smelling. It was fast, easy (except clearing the floor of my stuff), and reasonably priced. I will definitely hire them again.

The technician (Darrell) was very professional he explained the process of getting out pet orders and stains. He gave us suggestions how to take care of are carpet. Darrell, was on time. He called before he arrived. Darrell, did a wonderful job. We look forward to having Darrell come back this fall for more carpet treatments.
