The gentleman that cleaned our floors took time to explain the process and paid attention to our request. He cleaned the carpets very thoroughly and they look really great.

Service was outstanding

I didn't get the name of the technician. She was organized, clear in communicating options and did great work. It was a special bonus that she cleaned my 6 foot cat tree with an upholstery tool. It came out literally without fur! The carpets look great and feel soft, better than when I moved in during 2016. The vinyl is clean now. Overall my home is refreshed. Pricing is clear and fair, in and I was happy to include a $20 tip for the young lady for a job well done.

Awesome service! This is the third time I have used Zerorez and I would highly recommend this company. The Zerorez representatives who come to the house are professional and friendly. They explain everything and make sure the customer is satisfied with the job!!

Love how clean the carpets are when cleaned by Zerorez. Greg, our gentleman that came to clean our carpets was fantastic!! We have three shelties so clean the carpets ant least once a year. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable, we couldn’t be any happier with his service.

We greatly appreciate the fact that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals in their treatments and that was a prime motivator in our selection of the company.

Guy and Adam, the team that treated our carpets, were OUTSTANDING! Professional, personable, congenial, accommodating and excellent in every way! We will definitely request their services for our next treatment, if they are available.

The cleaning outcome was extremely good. A stain we were apprehensive about being removed came right out. The only downside (and we do NOT blame Guy and Adam or Zerorez for the outcome) was one coffee stain that has been in the carpet for a couple of years that initially appeared to have been removed but, after drying, it is still noticeable to us. It is probably too deeply ingrained for complete removal.

We will always call upon Zerorez for our carpet cleaning!
