my rugs where heavely stained in some areas,tim told me he wasnt too sure they would all come out.when he finished he didnt look too happy,however after he left and the rugs dried they came out much better then hoped they would.So tim not only was i completley satisfied with your servive,but i was especialy impressed by tim,he was extremly professional,polite and helpful.To sum up review i would highly recomend this service.
