The gentleman who came to clean my carpets was very thorough and did an excellent job. I was his last job of the day and could have rushed through but he made sure the carpet was cleaned to perfection. I cannot remember his name but he totally deserves recognition.

I recently purchased a used home with over 1000 sq of very dirty travertine that didn’t appear to have ever been properly cleaned. The house smelled and the floors were the source. LUIS did an outstanding job steaming the floors while protecting walls and baseboards from damage. When finished the floors came to life and looked brand new.
I only use ZeroRez for flooring and upholstery for their “cleaning technology” and trained attendants!

I do reccomend you guys all the time. This time though, after the carpets dried, there was a spot that was missed. It is not a pet stain, just dirt or something that didn't get sucked up.
