This was my first time using Zerorez. The technician, Anthony, arrived on time and looked at the area I wanted cleaned. He listened to my questions and looked at the areas that needed extra attention. He was professional and worked efficiently. The carpet looks great although it took a little longer to dry than it has on previous cleanings.
Excellent service. You show up when you say you will. Very professional. You did a great job cleaning our grout and tile and then resealing it. And our rugs look brand new.
