On several occasions we have had to call Zerorez and they always respond quickly with an appointment. Their service man, Derek is very professional does excellent work. He has been to our home several times, due to a vein disorder my husband has.

I highly recommend Zerorez, as they have a special product that removes blood, and it does not take several days for the carpet to dry.

The operator was great and explained the process, even notified me he would be early, which helped him finish sooner and leave me with more time in my day.
