I like the fresh, clean look and smell of my carpets. With Zerorez system there is no crunchy, soapy residue left. Just clean carpets that stay looking clean.

Anthony was great about keeping me updated on when he would arrive during the time window I booked my couch cleaning for. Once he arrived, he explained what he would recommend doing but didn’t push any additional services. He was thorough with cleaning our couch and cushions, while making sure to mop up and potential water/solution that ended on the floor.

William was very respectful of me and my home. I like there isn't a soap residue left in the carpet to attract dirt. I also like the protective coat added to protect the carpet from accidental spills.

Our technician, Mondale, was excellent! He did a walk through prior to beginning the work while explaining everything to us prior to commencing the work. He answered all of our questions. He was very personable and respectful. When he was finished we did a walk through and he did an excellent job. The products used left a nice odor and cleaned the carpets well.

The technician, Jose, was terrific.

I like the product, but it took 2 cleanings before the living room rug was really clean. I only got the second cleaning because you generously allowed a second trip to get rid of tire treads because my son drove over the rug in the driveway right after it had just been cleaned! On that second pass, the traffic areas also came out.
so, I was really impressed that a second trip was authorized.
One thing I'd qualify my recommendations to others is that it takes two passes to get something clean and your product only addresses dirt, not organic stains, or chemical stains, etc.

If I only have dirt/traffic stains, I will try ZeroRez first.
