The cleaning was of my couch, chair and ottoman was very easy to have done. It was easy and quick to schedule online.
Mike answered all my questions patiently, and gave me other important information about drying time, etc.
I did opt for the extra stain treatment application, but I never felt pressured to purchase it.
I love the way my furniture feels. I, also, appreciate the safety of the process for pets.

The gentleman doing the tile and grout cleaning, Cody, did not slow down. He worked hard and he kept us advised as to where he was moving to next after each room. A polite, amiable person. Certainly represented Zerorez in a good way to both myself and my wife. We're older and appreciate it when we see younger people with a solid work ethic. Oh, the floors look absolutely wonderful following his 'visit'. They look as if they were just put in. Appreciate how well it turned out.

Wonderful speedy technician got my carpet sparkling in no time!

I was very happy with the cleaning product used. It cleaned my carpet well. There is no strong fragrance and I was told that it is safe for pets too. We were very happy about your service and Kieran did an excellent job. He was very respectful, pleasing and was happy to move small furniture's and clean the area when requested. After it was cleaned we could get a good feeling while walking on the carpet. Great service and I would highly recommend Zerorez.
