The technician was very personable and professional. He did a really great job on our carpet. I love that Zerorez is safe for my 4 grandchildren who live upstairs as well as for my 3 indoor cats.

The representative was excellent - friendly and efficient.
I was a bit concerned when my charges were well over what I expected. I didn’t get to review the invoice. I was charged for “walk in closet,” but really it was a small path, not the entire closet. Same for the hallway - a small patch leading from one room to another. As a repeat customer I think those should have been complimentary. The oversized room is correct - a living dining combo.
I will use Zerorez again, but will look at the charges before paying or make the reservation over the phone instead of online. Perhaps a real person will help one understand the charges better.
