The young man was remarkably efficient. He spot treated, and shampooed the carpet. Then went back and did the biological treatment and carpet protector and was finished in slightly over 1 hour.

I have light colored carpet and small children. The carpet gets a lot of foot traffic which means it really needed a good cleaning. The outcome was fantastic. Since they don't use soaps, it felt great to walk on it afterward...no dried crusty soap feeling.
