It was absolutely fantastic. I immediately made a FB post with before and after pics of my tile grout back to its original color. Matt was super using the grout power brush and on his knees with another tool. I offered him knee pads- he was committed to every detail. The carpets dried nicely and I can tell by the lines that he didn’t miss anything.

Our tech, Jacob, was efficient and professional. He did a great job on our carpet.

The technician was great. Knowledgeable, respectful,cordial. I would recommend him for service to anyone looking for a referral.
Unfortunately, all of the stains could not be completely removed, but he advised me of that possibility before he started. He did a fine job diminishing their appearance.
