Our crew set reasonable expectations about our job, which included 2 small rooms and a couch. We weren’t sure our couch was salvageable but the team worked extra hard and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for saving our couch. They were communicative and professional and also arrived early. We highly recommend Zerorez.

I like that the website presents a menu of services that makes it easy to select what you want and to schedule the appointment. What I didn't like is that the $25 "service fee" is not clearly stated up front (only buried under " terms and conditions" and then added at checkout) and there is no place to enter the coupon code. I had to call to get the coupon applied.

Owen did a great job on cleaning the carpets, as well as cleaning and sealing the kitchen floor. He was very nice, explaining each step of the process and ensuring I was happy with the result after each room was cleaned. Carpets and floor look awesome!

We are regular customers. We've had Zerorez come out every couple of years for a long time to keep our carpets clean. This visit was the absolute best job ever. The stairs have never looked so fantastic. And the carpets and area rug came out perfect. The two technicians were amazing. One was Birch, a trainee. The other was a super nice young man who was originally from Cuba. He was Birch's trainer. I wish I could remember his name because we want him to clean our carpets next time!

Patty, technician arrived promptly at my house Friday mid-day and reviewed areas to be cleaned and any concerns I might have. She got to work and cleaned each room with care. Afterward, she pointed out stressed areas I might not have been aware of. All in all it was a great experience and the carpets were almost thoroughly dry by Saturday evening.
