Josh was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, very professional, and he has the voice of a radio DJ! He was prompt, did a fantastic job, didn't push a lot of extras but kept us informed of all our options so next time if we want to do that we can. I'm not sure if there's a way to record our service tech and get the same one next time but it would drastically increase my frequency of carpet cleanings if I could!
The young man that came and cleaned my carpets, couch and chair did an amazing job. He was very professional, a very hard worker and enjoyed a visit now and then. He listened to my concerns of areas that needed a little extra attention. (Not all of the young men you have working for you are wanting to listen or work; they just want to get the job done and go on to the next.) (I understand that the people of today are wanting the job, the paycheck and then however the job gets done)
