I have always used Zerorez and found them to be prompt, reliable, friendly, professional, and determined to make me happy and satisfied. I recently had a issue with a stain and they returned the next day and took care of it.

The employee who cleaned our carpets was knowledgeable, offered different options without being pushy, and was friendly. My carpets where cleaned quickly and we loved that there was no chemical smell.

Excellent service, carpet treatment and results. My carpets are so clean and fresh.. it’s like my whole home got a lift. I’ll def use again and recommend to others.

EXCELLENT CARPET CLEAINING COMPANY

My appointment window was between 10-12noon on June 18, 2024. Dillon called before arriving and completed the job by 11:30. He did an excellent job of cleaning the 5 areas of carpet. He was courteous and explained the carpet cleaning process including the drying time. By 6 pm the carpet was completely dry, looked nice & clean. I heard of Zerorez on The Morning Blend on local TV channel. They were running a special and I paid $186 for 5 areas, which was reasonable. I highly recommend Zerorez Carpet Cleaning in Tucson.

I like the special cleaning product that is used with no soaps or harsh chemicals however the last cleaning that was done it left a dark area that your agent said was due to the padding and another term that he used that unfortunately I don't remember what it was. I hope this doesn't happen again. However other that that I was satisfied with Zerorez services.

We were very impressed with our technician, Kwame Shannon. He was knowledgable and very pleasant. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. We are planning to request that he be our clinician when we schedule future services.

Air ducts were serviced well and the inspection seemed to help with clearing some dirt and mold from the furnace. Only problem with the service was that our door frame to one of the rooms was damage by the equipment that was used causing some marks/chips to the door that will have to be painted over by myself. Techs need to be watchful of their equipment so no damages are done to the house(s) they are servicing.

Crew was professional and very knowledgeable about the process they use to clean carpets. My carpets never looked so great. There were no hidden fees either. I will never go back to oxi-clean or Stanley Steamer.
