Zerorez arrived on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I had my air ducts cleaned (2 units) and the 3-room carpet cleaning special. They were very professional, showed be pictures of before and after (ducts) and pleasant to work with. The ducts were definitely cleaner and the carpet looked good too. The duct cleaning was a little pricey, but they did honor all the specials that they had running at the time. Overall, I'd give them a 10.

I wasn’t able to have my air ducts cleaned due to the technicians informing me that my return wasn’t accessible. They did clean my dryer vent however they had to return for a follow up visit weeks later because they didn’t clean the outside dryer vent.

They did a great job. We bought a home and needed to clean our rented town home unit. The appointment was a little later in the day, and I have young kids, so I left to feed my family dinner. The cleaner had the courtesy to assure all the doors and the garage were closed when he left. I never asked them to close the garage, I just assumed it would be left open and I could close it later in the night. I wasn’t concerned because it was an empty unit. But it was really cool when I came back that night and everything was closed up

Although I only had one room done due to water damage from rain, the carpet turned out great.
I would suggest you send your guys out with brown paper like all other contractors use. It makes sense to protect the floors the guys have to walk on and lay their hoses on to get to the room/s they will be cleaning. Why mess other sections of the home while cleaning another?
Give your guys the tools to work with.

I have been using ZeroRez, since wife and I moved to the Austin surrounding area, back in 2015. There is no better carpeting cleaning company. Their technology is far above the rest. But I would be remiss, if I didn't mention, John the service representative he was not only professional, but I could feel that he cares about the finished product. Again, outstanding!!
