I have used the Zerorez Knoxville office three times in the past couple years. I have been impressed every time with the customer-friendliness of the folks doing the in-home work and the end result of their efforts. The firm is in a growth mode, with communication and reservations handled regionally (in phone bank style) and work done from a local office; which hopefully they grow out of soon so customers can communicate directly with the folks who will be doing the work....beore they arrive at the front door.
