The tech that came to my house is named Derek. He arrived on time, was polite and very accommodating . He knew just what had to be done. I asked him not to pretreat my carpets because I was allergic to all kinds of chemicals being a cancer survivor. He used steamed water and was able to accomplish what needed to be done. My carpets looked great when he was finished.

Brendan was very professional and explained everything in detail. He did an excellent job. My carpets were very clean. The only downside that I have is that the carpet on the stairs were very wet compared to the rest of rooms.
