I like that your carpet cleaning actually cleaned my carpet including the heavy wear areas. The representative actually listened to my concerns about heavy soiled and trafficked areas and spent the time to truly clean these areas. He was courteous and respectful while being a great listener. He didn't rush through the job like some of your competitors have done. He made sure I was satisified with the quality of his work before leaving.

We had some old spots in our carpet that we thought would not come out, but ZeroRez got them out. Our carpet looks fresh and new.
Antonio was prompt, friendly and a very hard worker. My carpets look fantastic and smell fresh. He was sure to tell us everything about drying and the level of service he gave us. We will have Zerorez again and will be telling others. We have had other cleaners,but they are the best yet.

They communicated with us via email, text, and phone to make sure everything was set up properly. The techs were SUPER polite and friendly. They actually were able to show up earlier then expected. (That was nice) Our carpets weren't necessarily super dirty but they did an amazing job. We would HIGHLY recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.

I love that the carpet dry so quickly and that they don’t use any chemicals. If there’s ever a problem after cleaning, they will gladly come back and redo an area.
The second application done by William Early got rid of the faint urine smell that was left from the first application earlier. William was very helpful in explaining everything that he did. He is outstanding and so cheerful and energetic. Give him a raise and promotion.
