Favian was here on time and prepared the house for the work that he was about to do. He took great care protecting the house and the furniture while treating the carpet. I’m responding for my 88 year old sister who has two elderly dogs that have had lots of accidents on the carpet, urine and vomit. We have tried to clean them up with over the counter rug cleaners, but they didn’t do a very good job. Austin worked for two hours down on his hands and knees cleaning up the spots and then went back to clean the whole carpet. I wish I had. Taken before and after photos. What a difference! Great job! Actually, unbelievable!

I love Zero Rez and I have used them and referred them for years. No harsh chemicals just impowered H20, no residue or crunchy carpet, cleans perfect every time.
I’m not totally satisfied with service,only because when you charge $35 a room for deep cleaning and you (with your disclaimer) as a customer expect a better result.Maybe you need a better deep cleaning solution for that price,otherwise the service is good.

Great price and service! I did the 3 room special for $119 plus some free add-ons and I’m so glad I did it! It was my first time trying Zero EZ but definitely not the last.
