Ali and Ricky did a beyond amazing job. After seeing how clean my rugs got (Georgia clay and dog pee), I realized the last guys who were here from Zerorez didn’t do a great job.
When we decide to have the upstairs done again (from the previous guys who did it) I am definitely asking for Ali and Ricky.
I am so impressed at how clean the rugs are and the fresh smell every time I come home.

Consistency

This company came highly recommended by a family member for carpet cleaning. I liked the fact that they don't use chemicals. The technician (Alejandro) showed up on time, and was very friendly and efficient, and he did a great job. I will always use their services in the future.

Great customer service!

This a great company. They do an excellent job cleaning our white carpet, which is soiled with pet stuff. They are professional and nice to work with.

My technician was wonderful. From the time he came in until he left he was very kind and respectful. He also, did an amazing job. I'd definitely have him back in the future.

Kris was my representative and he did a fantastic job! He was very personable, communicative, professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend Kris and use his services again. The only complaint I have is with the way you quote your services on the phone.

When I received a quote over the phone, I assumed it was for a "turn-key" job. When Kris assessed my needs, he determined I needed a "deep clean" instead of a "maintenance clean" which I agreed to have. By the time a biologic and scotchguard were added, I spent twice as much as the quote I received over the phone.

Your customer service agents should be more transparent when giving a quote - it is misleading. Again, Kris was excellent - my complaint with with Zerorez.

Tony is the best. This was the 2nd time he did our carpets. He explained everything he was doing. All the stains were gone. Carpet looks great.Was completed quickly explained what not to do until the carpet dried.

This was an amazing experience!
Josh(I think) educated me on the process all the way through, offering options, educating me on the removal of spot process and how spots soak into pads.
My spouse and I have a puppy and Josh made the puppy removals spot process stress free. Josh and I walked through my co cerns and budget that i had set and came up with a plan the was not only in budget but hit every needed i had. The protection process taken to protect my property was impressive. I was multi tasking while Josh was at the house as I work remote and he was very professional when needing my attention which was only when he was done.
I will definitely call again on Josh when we move to final clean our carpets.

The gentleman that did my carpets was hands down the best of the best.....on time/great job/ and put up with my nosy dog.
