Although my appointment was not kept and the guys arrived an hour past my appointment they did a great job.

Alex arrived on time & was very professional. He got right to work, & our carpets were cleaned beautifully.

The gentleman was very nice, had some talk and laughed some too. He did his job very well. I believe that the product that you are using to spray on the carpeting cleans the carpeting better than Stanley Steamer. So give the guy a nice big raise. I will see just how long it will stay clean. I realize that my carpeting is not new, it is about 5 years old, so you can't expect to much from it. I have been telling my friends about it and asked them to try your Company when they needed someone to clean their carpeting. On the sharing my name, I am very hesitant on sharing my name, as my identity was stolen via computer, so I would rather not.
