I had my carpets cleaned in 6 rooms, a hallway and a staircase. The tech called before coming, arrived when he said he would. He walked through the areas with me before he began. After he was done he pointed out a few areas where the stains wouldn't come out. My carpets look great! I will definitely use them again.

I scheduled my appointment online and was able to get the date and timeframe I wanted. The tech called when he was 30 minutes out. He explained the process and set expectations for my older carpet. I had two rooms and stairs cleaned and was very happy with the results. I have already recommended Zerorez to my neighbor who saw the truck in the driveway.

We had a very pleasant experience with Zerorez. I was notified they were on the way and they came right when they said they would. The gentleman that came was very polite and introduced himself and asked me to show him what I wanted done and offered advice on some of the spots on the carpet which were worse than others. He was able to get the stains up and all the carpet looked very good. Didn't take very long at all and he made sure I was satisfied and was on his way. I would certainly use them again.

Rain our tech from Zerorez was fantastic. He was very professional and kept us informed
on the cleaning and he also a suggested a protection treatment for the carpet. We have used other carpet cleaning services and none of them recommended a protection treatment.

Our service technician G was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained their carpet cleaning process and answered all of our questions. We have older carpet and after he cleaned it the carpet looked five years newer. It looked and smelled great. Even the high traffic areas were spotless. He also left a bottle of their multi-surface cleaner. We were high satisfied with G and his work ethic.
