We had our air ducts cleaned last week. Jake was an excellent technician. He explained everything, showed us "before and after" photos of our ducts and recommended some upgrades. We decided to install two lights to prevent bacterial growth. Jake was able to install them immediately.

Jake was professional, articulate, and helpful. His assistant (can't remember name) was also very polite and helpful. He even vacuumed the house to pick up any dust!
