Carpet is really clean with stains removed well. Smells fresh and clean. Technician was professional and informative. I feel the price was high for one bedroom and closet. We want to do some rugs and the rest of the carpet but we will be in wayyyyyyyyyy over budget. I would use again otherwise. I feel the price should be the price to remove stains and odor no matter if a " biological" has to be used or not. Most companies just insure they get the carpet clean and fresh without add ons and add ons that make it overly expensive. Just my opinion. I think one of my rugs will be over $500 to clean so there is no way I can do all my rugs or even that one.
