Had carpets cleaned in 2 bedrooms. They look good no odor from chemicals and it was quick. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

Although the edges look okay, they could look good or even great and the company should think about investing in a small wand that can get ip to the edge of carpet.

Excellent job cleaning a fairly messy carpet. Very rapid appointment response and just as rapid in completing the task. It was a dreary, overcast day and yet the carpet was completely dry overnight.

I did not like that the company didn't tell me my technician would be late, they double booked him and should have told me. I did love the technician and felt he did an excellent job and was incredibly professional and courteous! Top score for the technician!!

I’m always pleasantly happy when Zerorez comes to my house. I am never disappointed and they do such a great job. The technicians they send are outstanding and they’re so respectful when they come in the house. I’ve never seen a company that takes such pride in the people they send and the work that they do. This is why I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years. My last technician, I believe his name was Luis, did an excellent job, so much so that after he did our carpets, he came back a week later and did our tile floors.

Service was friendly and informative and a problem that occurred from a faulty cleaning machine was rectified to our satisfaction.
