I liked the scent of the cleaning agent for the carpet. I was stunned at how much grime and dirt was lifted out of the carpet and how powerful the equipment was to remove it. Daniel worked alone and hard to clean 4 rooms and an area rug also. Great job, the rooms look like they've been recarpeted. ZEROREZ is how you clean carpet.

One word sums it up, WOW!! Two outstanding Zerorez employees came out to clean our HVAC ducts, first time in 22 years… results from before to after were absolutely amazing. I feel much better knowing all of that buildup is gone! They also cleaned a ton of lint from our dryer duct, surprised at that because we clean after every load!
Absolutely recommend Zerorez, 100% perfect customer service, courtesy, professionalism, punctuality, very clean, etc. And their process is fascinating to watch, interesting technology.
